Cost of Attendance
The Cost of Attendance (COA) is an estimate of the educational expenses for an academic year. The COA includes both direct and indirect costs. Direct costs are those that are billed to the student by the college, typically including tuition/fees, and housing and food costs (if applicable). Indirect costs include other expenses that may be incurred by the student while attending.

- Dependent care - Students that incur dependent care costs can request a COA allowance for the actual costs of care while the student is in class, study time, field work, internships and commuting. Please contact the Financial Aid office for more information.
- Disabilities - Students that have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits a major life activity can request an allowance for expenses related to the disability, such as, special services, personal assistance, transportation, equipment, or supplies not provided by other agencies. Please contact the Financial Aid office for more information.
- Licensure, Certification, or first professional credential - An allowance for the costs associated with obtaining a license, certification, or a first professional credential, for a student in a program that prepares them to enter a profession that requires such a qualification. If you are enrolled in a program that requires you to obtain professional licensure to practice, and have paid the cost while enrolled as a student, those costs will be included in your cost of attendance.
