Conor Dugan
Conor Dugan serves as Senior Counsel at Warner Norcoss + Judd LLP in Grand Rapids, where he has worked as a commercial litigator and counselor for the last eight years. He regularly represents clients in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Michigan Supreme Court, numerous federal courts of appeals and the Michigan Court of Appeals. Dugan also serves as the outside general counsel for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalamazoo.
He grew up in Grand Rapids, graduating from East Grand Rapids High School before attending Dartmouth College and graduating cum laude. Dugan studied law and graduated magna cum laude from University of Notre Dame before beginning his professional career.
Before joining Warner Norcoss + Judd LLP, he worked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Department of Justice. Dugan also has experience as a litigator and counselor for Bancroft PLLC and Varnum LLP. Conor and his wife Laurel have four children and live in Grand Rapids, Michigan within blocks of Aquinas.

Nazar Massouh
Nazar Massouh '95 is the CEO, co-founder, and co-managing partner of Orion Infrastructure Capital (OIC), a private equity firm with over $3 billion in assets under management which provides capital to companies and projects for environmentally or socially innovative infrastructure. With offices in New York, London, and Houston, OIC's unique partnership approach "for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs" cultivates creative credit, equity, and growth capital solutions to help middle market businesses scale and deploy sustainable infrastructure. OIC's target investment sectors include energy efficiency, digital infrastructure, social infrastructure, sustainable power generation, renewable fuels, waste & recycling, water, transportation, and agriculture.
He graduated from Aquinas College in 1995 Magna Cum Laude in international business and math. Massouh later received his Master of International Management with Distinction degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He previously worked for companies such as Goldman Sachs, NRG Energy, Beal Bank and Energy Capital Partners.
"I am delighted to accept this position and very much look forward to serving Aquinas College and its students as well as the entire Grand Rapids community," Massouh explained. "My wife Jennifer and I are firm believers in education as one of the most impactful parts of today's society. I cherish this opportunity to give back to Aquinas and to make an impact on so many lives that are touched by Aquinas College and our many graduates."
Massouh formed and has maintained a close relationship over the years with Sister Mary Aquinas Weber, O.P. and has continued to support the College since graduation. Nazar and his wife Jennifer have two children, Olivia and George.
