GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan, September 7, 2001 - Aquinas College Campus Ministry will be
hosting R. Paul Nelson, Aquinas College President Emeritus. Nelson will present One
Person's Spiritual Journey on Thursday, September 20, 2001 at 12:30 p.m. in the Wege
Student Center, Loutit Room. Admission is free of charge.
Nelson worked at Aquinas College for twenty-eight years; he was the Dean of Curriculum, Dean of Continuing Education, Dean of Students, and President of the College.
Nelson's presentation, One Person's Spiritual Journey, will reflect on significant impacts that people and events have had on his life and his twenty-eight years at Aquinas College. He will also share his perspectives on the key dimensions of an Aquinas College education, which include being a Liberal Arts college, having a Catholic Christian Heritage and the opportunities for Career Orientation.
