Password Reset
For First Time Account Activation Only
If you have not yet used your Aquinas account:
- Complete the "Register" option to initiate account activation. (NOTE: this link takes you to an authorized Microsoft login page.)
- Complete the "Change Password" option using the following information:
Email: Aquinas email address
Password:
- New students and employees: last 7 digits of Aquinas ID number + birth date (#######MMDDYY)
- Current users: use current password
Note: If you currently have a 6 digit Student or Employee ID number, please add a "0" to the front of your ID number to create a 7 digit ID number. (0######)
Password Requirements
- Be at least 12 characters in length.
- No spaces, asterisks, or parentheses.
- Contain at least 1 number.
- Contain at least 1 lower-case character.
- Contain at least 1 special character (e.g., @, #, $, etc.).
- Not contain your username.
- Not contain your first name.
- Not contain your last name.
- Not be too similar to your current password.

the above resources, you understand that you are responsible for all of your computer
activity using Aquinas' network resources and that any violation of the terms of the
AUP may result in revocation of your access, disciplinary action and/or legal action.
